Great, GREAT price for a great vehicle

I own an '07 Rondo LX (17K miles now), and have noticed that I can get a 2008 now for $14k locally. But the price you paid for a V-6 EX is truly a steal! I haven't had a single thing go amiss with mine since taking delivery in Oct. 2007. I paid $16K. It is definitely not a hole or separation of the fill tube. There is no gas leaking out under the car. It is all coming out the hole where the gas nozzle goes in. I thought it was probably just poor tank design and that somehow the orientation or shape of the gas tank in these cars did not allow the automatic release on the pump to trigger at the right time. I have a 2007 Kia Rondo that has had a gas tank overflow problem ever since I bought it new in May of 2008. When I pump gas I cannot set the pump to automatically click off because it will not go off until about 1/2 gallon of gas has already overflowed out of the tank, down the car, and onto the ground. V6 Mileage frustration - looking for solutions

I have a friend who owns a 2007 Kia Rondo (6 cylinder). Him and his wife get around 16mpg in mixed city/hwy and on a recent highway trip the best they got was 19mpg. The car has about 4000 miles and the dealer hasn't been very helpfull. I noticed a few others complaining about horrendous MPG. Has anyone found a resolution to this problem? Thanks Read More...

I shopped around in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area for a 4 cylinder with 3rd row seating. This was during the last few days of August 2008. I found that there were loads of 2008 (and 2007) five seat Rondos, but very few with the third row - which is understandable: they'd already been bought. Exfiles, I just checked on my winter tires/rims (I have them stored, so it took me a bit of time to get to them, sorry) - the tires are Goodyear Nordic, size 205/65R15. The rims are Canadian Tire - on the side of the rim that goes towards the car (the deep side), there are these numbers - 15 x 6.0, then 3573 and V3, then 13 and 9 and 5 and 1. I recently rented a 2007 kia rondo 2.7L v-6 ( no 2008's were availiable) for a trip to the beach. It had 28000 miles on it , and it felt like warped rotors up front on hard braking. I averaged 23 mpg with 50-50 city /highway driving. The highway driving was 70-75 mph. I'm thinking of buying a 2008 rondo, but am torn between the 2.4L 4 cyl and the 2.7L v-6. Does anyone out ... I rented a Kia Rondo (2007,v-6) for a weekend trip to the beach @ Presque Isle Park in Erie,pa. The combined city/highway mileage was 23 mpg. Most of the highway was @ 70-75 mph with 3 people and a load of beach gear. This rental had 28000 miles on it and i did notice it had warped brake rotors when hard braking.
