C300 Lease info

Just a data point for all of you looking to lease. I just signed up the offer sheet for my third MB (current are 2007 E350 4Matic and 2008 GL450): 2009 C300 Sport 4Matic P2, iPod, Multimedia, Pano and walnut trim $525/mo, 39 mo., 10k mi., with $0 cap cost (total OOP of $2100, incl. 1st mo. and various fees). This is in NJ, with 7% tax. MSRP on the car us $45,290. Price for lease purposes is $41,100. I'm pretty happy with the numbers. It's my 2d car with this dealer (also the GL), and he knows I have a relationship with another dealer, so there was precious little time-wasting.

I just got the following offer for ML 350 - 48mo/12K mi/yr premium 1, heated seats, Running boards. Edmund's says invoice = $49,532 MSRP $53,195 Cap cost $47,983 Bank fee $895 Residual 39% 20,746 MF .00067 tax 8.62% $2857 1st pmt + fees = $945 monthly pmt= $692 Salesman said can go a few hundred lower on cap cost, which would lower payment to about $675.. I'm also looking at a Lexus GX. That deal is posted on the Lexus forum. Can I do better than $675/mo on the ML350 ?

Re: Debating buying '06 R350. 27-mon lease ends on 3/2. MBF offered $13,388 off [nm_socal]

My friend the price depends on what features come with the car. I just got my 2006 R350, I have been looking for a long time. You will never find one with Panoramic roof, memory seats, front fog lights, parktronic for less than $25K, that is if you find it at all (mainly R500 have all of these features). I paid $25.5K with cpo Panoramic roof, air suspention, rear DVD, memory heated front seats, parktronic, headlight cleanning, wood steering, power lift gate, folding mirrors, Bi-xenon and navigation. I had to have all of these features, but it was very hard to get them all in an R 350. I was lucky that I got a good color (silver on black). However, i had to sacrifice the 18" wheels, rear heated seat and accept a 42K Mi on the car. What features do you have on your current car?
