I know on the 2WD LX model before the C4C program $19,300-$19,500 was do able but prices have risen and inventory has dwindled so unless you need to purchase now I'd hold off for a bit.

Not familiar with Honda Direct, sounds like it may be a special incentive of some sort, hopefully it's not like some of the bait and switch ads I've seen locally that advertise a really low price only to find out that final price was no where near what they advertised.
