SLT-2 Prices NY
by juckey on Tue Jun 23 18:15:42 PDT 2009
HI all, I am in the process of negotiating on a new GMC ACADIA 2009 SLT-2 just about fully loaded with, Nav, moon roof, DVD, power lift, camera, proxcimity sensors, 120Vac outlet, No trailer hitch and cooling unit for the transmission, No hit the road package, standard wheels, black leather, black ext. The price I am at now is $43,079. @ 0% financing in NY. The dealers are not budging lower than their initial $3K reduction in sticker price that seems to be common everywhere. I will let you know how I make out in the end and if there are any hidden fees. It is my feeling that the dealers will not receive any more 2009 stock and they are trying to unload what remains on the lots. It is my bet that the 0% financing will comeback before year end to help keep the cars moving. In the next few months they will have the 2010's. Before I got interested in the Acadia I was looking at the Acura MDX. The interior and 3rd row is not that functional compared to the Acadia. The Adadia is a rolling entertainment vessel. The captain chairs are reel cool because it makes the 3rd. row passengers feel less restricted. The second row seats are indivually adjustable front to rear. This is good for making room for the 3rd. row passengers if they aren't little kids. The ride is nice! I liked it better then the MDX. The only weird thing was the turn signal was silent with no click click sound. Something I will have to get use to.
Re: 2009 Denali Leases [Car_man]
by dfarber on Sun Apr 12 17:42:09 PDT 2009
hello carman- i am contemplating taking over someone's GMC Yukon Denali lease on the 'leasetrader.com' website. the lease comes due in around a year and i would like to be able to extend the lease 3-6 months longer. do you know what GMC's policy is on extending leases? I know they are not leasing new cars anymore and am assuming they would be happy for me to keep paying my monthly payment rather than having the car returned, sitting on the lot depreciating in value each month. pls let me know what you may know here- thanks Dave NY

2008 SLT-2
by foxyesq on Tue Oct 07 14:42:25 PDT 2008
I am shopping for a 2008 SLT-2 AWD with Nav. and DVD Ent. Package in NY, NJ area. The MSRP is around $46k depending on minor options (no financing). One dealer informed me that GM is offering a $1000 rebate; another told me it was $2000. Earlier today I offered two dealers $35,700, which is the invoice price less 10%, less 2k (rounded). Both dealers let me walk. How off do you think I am? There was no one in either dealership and both had plenty of 08's on their lots. I don't think that my offer was that low. In fact, I initially offered one of the dealers $1,000 less. Has anyone purchased a similar model lately? Given the current economy and the fact that I have the cash, I am looking for a real deal.

Hello, I am a new member and the reason for joining is to see how much I would be looking at for a 39 month lease for a GMC Envoy Denali. The total MSRP, according to GMC's website is $38,500. Below ar some details: -$0 down or $1,000 down -I live in Rochester, NY -12,000 Miles per year With supplier cost and any GM incentives, what would my payments look like. I would like to pay, at the maximum, $450/month. Please let me know what I need to do to get there. Thanks!
